ZamioKids ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Account details (name, email), booking details, and basic usage data (device, pages visited). We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

How we use it

To operate the platform, process bookings, communicate with you, keep the service safe, and improve the experience. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information with activity providers you book with, and with service providers who help us run ZamioKids (hosting, analytics, payments). These parties are bound to protect your information.

Your choices

You can access, correct or delete your account information at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. To make a privacy complaint, contact us first; you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
