Using ZamioKids

You must be 18+ to create an account and make bookings on behalf of your family. Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

Bookings & providers

ZamioKids is a marketplace connecting families with independent activity providers. Providers are responsible for delivering their activities. Cancellation and refund conditions are set by each provider and shown at booking.

Free public activities

Some listings link to free public activities run by councils, libraries and community groups. ZamioKids does not operate these activities; always check details on the official website.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZamioKids is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or an activity you attend.
